Of J.R.R. Tolkien, St. Augustine of Hippo & Ayn Rand

This video may come across as a tad too syrupy-sweet to some or a little too idealistic or too simplistic, but I really enjoyed it, and I thought I'd share it here. My favorite quotes from the video are from J.R.R. Tolkien:

"So comes snow after fire and even dragons have their ending."

and from St. Augustine:

"Hope has two beautiful daughters. Their names are anger and courage; anger at the way things are, and courage to see that they do not remain the way they are,"

and from Ayn Rand,

"Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark, in the hopeless swamps of the approximate, the not-quite, the not-yet, the not-at-all. Do not let the hero in your soul perish, in lonely frustration for the life you deserved, but have never been able to reach. Check your road and the nature of your battle. The world you desired can be won. It exists, it is real, it is possible, it is yours."
